Working Cycle Sensor

New Generation Cam Carrier

Did your spring-mounted cams get worn out?

Dimensional inaccuracies often have their seeds in the workpiece transport system. They can hardly be discovered because of the contempory usual chain speeds. Broken springs, worn or even no more existing carrier attachments result in cost-intensive complaints.

The further development of our spring-mounted cam carriers was aimed at eliminating these weak points and minimizing wear and tear. Therefore we completely redeveloped all important components. So the new cam carrier consists of a pressure bolt which is bedded in Iglidur slide bearings. This pressure bolt also fastens the carrier attachment by means of a screw connection and replaces the headless screw which was used up to now. The spring has especially been designed for all ranges of application and enables that the workpiece is optimally pressed against the stop.

We are happy to train your personnel on site and prefer to demonstrate the operation of the machine first-hand. The training on location provides even experienced operators useful information for an effective operation of the machine.
