KH-600/1200

Machine for milling KeyHoles

Machines in the KH series offer maximum flexibility for narrow parts and workpieces up to 600 or 1,200 mm wide.

On the KH, vertical KeyHole milling operations are performed from below on pre-drilled workpieces for machining narrow parts with a width of up to 600 mm, as well as workpieces with a width of up to 1,200 mm. The machining of narrow parts is made possible here by additional workpiece guides designed specifically for narrow parts.

The KH-600/1200 select.line prioritizes maximum flexibility in the positioning of KeyHole millings: Thanks to the point-to-point function of the milling units, millings can be made both on the workpiece surface and at the workpiece edge. The KeyHoles can be milled here with both small and large center distances. Thanks to the machine’s robust construction and flexible machining units, the KeyHoles are milled with such precision that a seamless connection between the workpieces is guaranteed (e.g., for use with PEANUT® click connectors).

Optionally, the KH can be equipped with a special measuring system for machining double-width workpieces.
Arranging two or more modules in a row allows even complex milling patterns to be machined in a single cycle or for a higher output in double-cycle operation.

  • High flexibility in machining everything from narrow parts to cabinet panels
  • Maximum precision and flexibility during milling: KeyHoles can be positioned either at the edge or in the center of the workpiece surface
  • Enormous output achievable through double-cycle and dual-width machining
  • Customizable configuration for optimal adaptation to your production

  • Separately driven belt feed
  • NC-axis for width adjustment
  • Double top beam for clamping cylinders
  • Vertical KeyHole milling support from below

  • Second machining module
  • Machining workpieces with a connector counterpart already inserted (e.g., PEANUT® click connector
  • Additional axis for machining keyholes positioned horizontally relative to the feed direction
  • Version without top beam: Machining exclusively in the area of the workpiece overhang
  • Dual-workpiece unit: Parallel machining of two workpieces
