Flexible Production

Maximum flexibility for your furniture or kitchen manufacturing

Flexibility is the hallmark of our machines! KOCH machines are not only flexible in terms of workpiece dimensions and machining, but can also be flexibly configured. 
Our through-feed machines are ideally suited to the production of batch size 1 up to medium production volumes. Our core expertise lies in drilling, gluing, dowelling, milling, sawing and joining technology. Our machines achieve greater flexibility through point-to-point machining. Here, the workpieces are machined in clamped position and the processing units move along them (e.g. UNIFLEX & MULTIFLEX). With the CENTRONIC, on the other hand, the workpieces are held by NC grippers and guided individually through the machining stations. This enables machining on all six sides of the workpiece.
The machines are particularly suitable for machining narrow and small parts, as well as panels such as cabinet components.

Optionally, our machines can be fitted with machining units for inserting fittings or joining technologies such as 

  • Eccentric connectors (e.g. Minifix, Rafix)
  • PEANUT® connectors
  • Välinge Threespine ID
  • Häfele claw, ect. 

Furthermore, we are your partner for the development of bespoke solutions for specific requirements. 

Automation solutions for the furniture and kitchen industries

Our machines can operate either as stand-alone units or as work cells, and can also be integrated into new or existing production lines. Furthermore, in collaboration with our automation partner Ulrich Rotte [ ulrich-rotte.de ], we supply complete automated solutions tailored to your production system.
