Leadership Change at KOCH Group: Tobias Fabri Appointed COO – Edgar Helfrich Takes Over Service Management

KOCH Group will undergo a leadership change in October 2026: After 22 years as Head of Service, Tobias Fabri will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, he will be responsible for the company’s internal operational processes and their further development. At the same time, Edgar Helfrich, previously Deputy Head of Service, will take over management of the Service division. Among other responsibilities, he will oversee the organization and coordination of installations and, together with his team, ensure the consistently high level of service quality for customers worldwide.
