Drilling and dowel insertion machine with PTP function for processing small and cabinet parts
The through-feed drilling machine UNIFLEX base.line is ideally suited for double-sided drilling and doweling for batch size 1 as well as small volume production.
Drilling and dowel patterns are stored in the program, so even workpieces of varying width can be processed one after another with minimal stop and set-up times. Each workpiece is processed on a point-to-point basis utilizing of NC-control, from fast transport and precise positioning through to efficient drilling and dowel insertion. The UNIFLEX can be used as a stand-alone machine or integrated into a complete production line.
